Truth be told, the season has been over since the week we beat Leicester and lost to Bournemouth.

I'm glad Moyes did such a good job and has had his sentimental cameo, but I'm ready for the future now - one with a little more ambition.

We just played the top 2 in a couple of days...1 point is not a bad result considering that our good attacking players are still working through full fitness. I am sure we'll look much improved next game.

Disappointing to say the least.

A team like Bournemouth would have turned Arsenal over there today. They had Real Madrid on their minds but still dominated the possession and created more.

We aren't a team like Bournemouth though unfortunately. Summer presents a chance to clear out and get some pace and youth.

Arsenal are such a strange team
They play electric football at times but they obsessively slow the game down and waste time at every opportunity but they do this even when they’re drawing and need to be putting us under pressure, I don’t understand it at all
Comparatively when the top teams need to get a goal they are rushing to get the ball back into play and keep up the pressure
