Yeah I'd personally like to see Lindstrom on for Harrison at HT, Young's worrying me tonight too - thought he looked poor as a sub in the cup and tonight looks like early season young again.

Doucoure looks like he's back to last season pre injury levels of energy thankfully, Mangala been a phantom that half too. Mykolenko looking also more like last season which is a shock.

Good team Villa. I would say we are a bit improved, better shape but Moyes will be under no illusion now about having to bring players in before the windows shuts. Seemed to get a little bit better as the half went on so here's hoping that continues in the second half.

The right side is shambles in this game. Young just played himself into not being absolute garbage and he's back to himself very quickly when he has to venture even slightly forward.

Harrison is a ghost.

Mangala, Pickford, Douc, Myko and Tarkowski have done well this half. We are getting into it after a torrid first 20 mins. Just lacking in coherence, and looking for someone to make a difference.

Our wingers are absolutely choked out. We are better off with crosses coming from deep wing backs, which is classic Moyes hhaa
