If there was 50m to spend and you use that money to buy a winger you don’t want than what was Moyes thinking? Systems failure. Playing Dwight McNeill in avoiding relegation mode is fine but not in building momentum mode, notwithstanding the absentees. Arsenal comfortably in control without being any good. It’s going to take a lot more money and an awful lot better than Moyes to ever dream.

Grealish needs other players. Illy can do it on his own.

Hopefully posters can see how important KDH is in that top third, Grealish is not the same without that talent. McNeil picked to shore up that side and to be fair all the threat has come from their right but we offer nothing going the other way.

I actually think Moyes will be happy if it’s still 0-1 after 80 mins, Beto could be more combative and he could switch McNeil to no10 where he played well in that cameo against Forest.

Hang in there and you never know but it really is about whether Arsenal get a 2nd.
