It's just rinse and repeat with us. You could bet your mortgage on it. Headlines. Everton, very good for 20-25 minutes and making a top team look very ordinary. Then we give a goal away out of nothing. What O'brien is thinking of, God only knows. Then the opposition take over and run the game at a canter. No wonder we've struggled in the last few seasons with players like McNeil and Alcaraz. They truly are awful.

If we concede at all against these teams it’s game over, that’s Newcastle, Surs, Chelsea and Arsenal so far.

The only chance we have is going ahead and hanging on like Utd.

Honestly hard to make sense of this performance. If we went in at 0-0 i would think it was cagey and we just needed to sharpen up to nick it. Right now however, it feels like a fume fest panicky low-quality fold.

Not surprised if we come out unchanged. If so we should have big plans for the 60 minute mark.

You’re right, but in a game like this and with the team we have out giving up that cheap goal is everything and it does make it very hard to see us getting anything.

That’s the massive frustration for me. At 0-0 I’d be thinking get Rohl and Dibling on, have a go and we’ve got a real chance of winning this.

0-1 casts an entirely different light on the game.

thing with us is we gave zero service to DCL every season and as soon as we get a couple of tasty ballers in the side who can provide service we let him go...we are a mad side!
