Ticket packages offered to season ticket holders, well Chelsea's I read, were like 1000 euros before the ticket. They also required landing, seeing the game, and flying out the same day.

So many on this board complain fairly about the price to go to games and big money.

Yet they got a G for not even day trip. That's all talk. Not too mention who wants to go there.

UEFA botched it.

It is ridiculous. UEFA has arguably the best footballing nations with the best fan support. UEFA in my opinion is ruining the game.

I blame them for Qatar, I blame them for the 48 proposal. They arent solely responsible, I know Concacaf Conmenbol are taking payments. But it is really at the point where governments need to intervene, and I hate wasting public money on this crap.

But it's all so backwards, that or the FA's need to put them all in their place. England, Germany, France, Spain, Brazil, I'd include Argentina but they are a disaster. I'm rambling but it's absolutely stupid what is going on.

I can't believe people are like, I'd go to Baku, eff that.

Both fanbases have complained about the location. You could very well be right, but I don't think they don't care.

It's the location. And good for them. I wouldn't mind our supporters doing the same. Why pay a 1000 euros plus a ticket to fly in and fly out the same day.

There's plenty of ways of getting there, arsenal and Chelsea fans would of known there's a great chance of making the final once they were in the last 16.

You can get there from places like Dubai, Qatar, Moscow, istanbul, Frankfurt.
They could of got flexible tickets with a 100% refundable policy.
Would of taken a few more hours but still.
