I agree - I'm sure my mate can shift some but I don't think he's up for actually touting...
So best not to send him thousands of Krasnodar tickets I reckon.. He's diehard LOSC so he'll know people, but then how many people in Goodison do you know on a matchday?

Go on Lille facebook pages I reckon, and private message people. Send them a photo of the tickets or something and then email them the pdfs.
