It's just crap anyway Joey, the boundaries for Tim Farrons constituency are not the same as for South Lakeland, which has an extra bit tagged on......

Interesting. Then if the boundaries don't match up and there's no breakdown by constituency, why is he claiming that they voted out? I don't expect you to speak on his behalf tbf.

Clearly they didn't mind with the extremely similar area.

Pete isn't wrong - here is Farrons constituency:

and here is South Lakeland:

South Lakeland has two MPs - the balloon headed Farron, and that walking advert for killer bees John Woodcock

That's very well wiki'd but you are still wrong. South Lakeland actually has two M'Ps representing it. If you look on a political map you will see the difference. But just because you are wrong, and will no doubt follow your own advice and put your hand up, it doesn't necessarily make you a liar. Now do your homework on this, apologise and then apologise to Joey......

Think you need to read what happened, you've just proven your buddy wrong again

Two points. Firstly, with a decent margin for remain, it can be said to a reasonable degree of certainty that it voted in. And tbf, I can't find much analysis on the subject but what I can find states the same.

Secondly, if it is impossible to know, why is he claiming they voted out to try to score points against Farron?

Do what you advised Joey. Just put your hand up, admit you were wrong and apologise.....we all do it......

Well Labour are all over the place their heartlands voted out- Yet the Liberal leader Tim Farron is so far up his arsp does he not realise his constuiantcy voted out???
You have to accept the democratic wishes of the people end of!

As a brilliant aside, that constituency is primarily within the South Lakeland Local Authority in Cumbria, which voted to remain.

Just to illustrate, interesting that PG acknowledged that the boundaries are not totally the same

You've clearly got the wrong end of the stick here mate.

Your pal was the one claiming Farrons constuency voted to leave, you've said that there is no accurate count on Farrons constuency.

Ergo you've proven your own mate wrong.

I did not say there is no accurate count on Farrons consituency anywhere in my postings. I'd be grateful if you could show me where I have.....Just making things up doesn't really help.....

Farron's constituency voted to remain.

Barrow-in-Furness is the other in South Lakeland and it did vote to leave according to their council.

So obviously Westmoreland and Lonsdale voted to remain to a margin to wipe out their neighbours contrary victor.
