Only it's not 'crying' over anything

It's the Govt being told that they have to follow the correct constitutional process i.e. the democratic process of the land.

The irony of you comparing the correct democratic process being adhered to, to 'crying over spilt milk' after having posted 'we won, you lost, get over it' for months is hilarious tbh Joe.
I accept the courts findings - I am on about some saying 16-18 yer olds never voted in the EU election- you are cross posting my points look if the courts decide Parliament votes on article 50 then so be it!

have a GE with 16 year olds in then first- why should the EU vote be any different to our constitution on voting I feel this did go to a vote in the house and was lost!
The argument prior to the referendum was that this was an issue that differed to GE voting, as it was potentially going to affect the 16-18 year olds for their entire working lives, and they'd never get another chance to have their say on it.

It was a valid argument imo, but it obviously wasn't granted

Apologies Joe, I didn't realise that's what you were referring to.

What's your point?

You can criticise a parliamentary decision you know, that definitely fits within the realm of 'democracy', in fact it's one of the key pillars.
someone banging on about 16-18 they should have had the right to vote as you have pointed out all day they had that vote and lost ok!
the scottish parliment is a separate parliment also with PPR voting system!
if they with a 5.5 million population as a independent government have the right to vote on that not in the UK though as you keep on saying the courts decision was all about democracy!

As has been said many times over many different issues the lack of condemnation of this kind of rhetoric from leave voters is deafening.

I'd be up in arms if I was a leave voter

The Mail exists to sell itself. Therefore, what it writes is appealing to those people, otherwise they wouldn't read or buy it.

Therefore, what they say - and how popular it is - is a fair reflection of a large portion of our society, and confirms the obvious; a lot of Leave voters are xenophobic bigots.

Yep, does that mean we all have to shut up about it now?
