Re my earlier comments on it should only ever be Parliament that decides changes to the rights of British citizens, and that is what the High Court has essentially considered, is confirmed here:

Do you know whether a Bill will be required or whether it's just a vote. Probably the former I would have thought.

even if its a bill and they all vote positively for a soft Brexit what happens if the EU parliment just laughs at it and puts two fingers up to it ? the government could then say ok hard brexit it is?

Tbf, Rees- Mogg appears to be both an honest and principled parliamentarian. If he is indeed complaining that the understanding was that there would be no additional vote prior to initiating article 50 then I would probably believe him and therefore understand his frustration.

However, it will be better to have parliament do what it exists for.......

Where am I whining I accept the courts decision - I have been in court and when my barrister told me theres no thing such as justice nothing surprises me1
I clearly state the hedge fund manager has had her day in court and won now there will be an appeal?
