Higher wages cause of inflation which is fueling cost of living crisis according Bank of England and sitting government. Which is pushing more people further and in to poverty and many for the first time. All this even before the worst of Brexit is implemented which is finally due to come into practice this coming year. Looks like we will have a sensible Labour administration in place that is not hobnailed by emotion of Brexit.

It's the public sector / unionised workers demanding the biggest pay rises! They are generally already well paid; yet they use the threat of blackmail as a 'bargaining' tool. They take advantage of their natural monopoly, and abuse that position... They are primarily responsible for such inflation...

Most private sector workers don't get to enjoy this advantage... and a modest, yet well earned pay rise is most welcome.

They can get better wages if they work harder, are more employable, gain more knowledge and experience, etc.. No need to bully. Private sector workers are more employable.

Entered the country legally, paid loads of tax to the government over the years, claimed virtually no benefits of any kind and committed zero crimes.

Yep, my category is clear.

If only all immigrants were so.
The overwhelming majority of them are.

The state of you, banging on about immigration and how bad it is, when you're an immigrant yourself.

Also giving out [Poor language removed] to indigenous Australians, despite being an immigrant to their country.
