No it hasnt although thats how it is being reported. I dont speak French and I doubt you do either but anyone who does speak French says it is mis-translated.

The context is not that the UK must be damaged but some people will see what they want to see.

Just had a quick read as I’m in work and not really up to date with the news, it appears the seized vessel was originally granted a license by the eu but it was subsequently withdrawn… the French are well within their rights then I would say. Boris needs to learn that he can’t keep lying and blustering his way through his tenure as pm as eventually he will be held to account.
