Résidents yes. Part time holiday home owners no.
Yes saw that. Seems you can stay 90 days in a 180 day period. So they could stay for 3 month's then stay another 3 month's in a year. Bit inconvenient I suppose. I'm assuming these part time holiday home owners don't spend months and months there if there part time

Not so much here in Central France, but it seems that many UK second home owners in southern Spain liked to spend 6 months of the cold half of the year down there. Many rented their places out to holidaymakers in the summer months.

and to be fair, all and sundry on here were at great pains to point out how little the fishing quotas meant during the deal negotiation, now all of a sudden it is a big deal to y'all ?
It doesn't matter one jot to me, but it appeared to matter a great deal to the negotiating team, so you'd imagine underwhelming outcomes on fish would be a problem given "they" staked so much on it.

Also, by saying "may" betrays that you didn't actually read the article.
