I've lost count of the number of times you've posted this 'wait and see' bollocks whenever anyone points out one of the numerous Brexit brickbats. It's tedious and adds absolutely nothing to the debate.

As you and other people are free to post up articles about things that are likely to happen. It is only right for people to point out that it may not happen.
Possibly in maybe 5 years or so we will have enough data and real evidence to decide that one group was right
 
This government has not been known to under-sell anything. If they're stating that Erasmus is too expensive and that the Turing scheme will have £100 million in funding, then it's pretty unlikely that it will be any more than that.
Seems an awful lot of money for something that is only open to a very small percentage of the UK population.
