Our new passports are really fancy, good for the environment and a lovely shade of blue. Now with 50% less rights than you previously had!
EU Environmental laws have apparently had the effect of reducing the dredging of rivers within the U.K.. The treatment and disposal of silt, which has been classified as waste therefore carries additional costs as a result. It may be unfair to say that the EU is to blame for not dredging rivers, but there is reason that EU environmental laws, if properly applied, as we always do, have helped to create an environment that facilitates flooding. Freedom from EU environmental directives will allow a more sensible approach to the dredging of rivers and the disposal of the silt......
So technologically advanced they've removed my ability to live and work in 27 other countries, receive free healthcare abroad, access cheaper university education, receive consular protection throughout the continent, the right to create a business in any EU country, the ability to stand as an MEP in any EU country, ease of buying and owning property throughout Europe, removal of roaming charges when travelling and ensure I spend extra time in security when I travel. Oh, and they're bloody blue as well. This government are just awesome.

I've heard from a friend of a friend, that maybe this thing is caused by something, which I'm totally not sure about, and I might be totally wrong, but I think that they've definitely had some impact so I think we shouldn't do them anymore and I'm glad we won't in future.
The UK population loves a scapegoat. It's interesting that the dedicated website the Commission setup to debunk the rollocks posted in the British press about the EU has been toppled by the amount of requests about dredging - https://blogs.ec.europa.eu/ECintheU...-for-floods-is-completely-without-foundation/
You forgot the glorious blue British passport is produced by them dastardly French Johnny foreignersSo technologically advanced they've removed my ability to live and work in 27 other countries, receive free healthcare abroad, access cheaper university education, receive consular protection throughout the continent, the right to create a business in any EU country, the ability to stand as an MEP in any EU country, ease of buying and owning property throughout Europe, removal of roaming charges when travelling and ensure I spend extra time in security when I travel. Yet more unadulterated nonsense. Dredged silt only has to be disposed of as waste, when it’s extremely contaminated. This accounts for only circa 5-10% of dredged material.EU Environmental laws have apparently had the effect of reducing the dredging of rivers within the U.K.. But yeah we’ve been granted the FREEDOM to spread highly contaminated gunk on our farmland again.
