And yet no one blames him for not leaving. Everyone has seen the machinations of Labour, Parliament and the Speaker to completely undermine our leaving the EU. Retribution will be delivered at the ballot box......

You can't have it both ways Pete. You can't paint him as the super negotiator able to bend all to his will, and then bemoan that the mean opposition didn't do what he said. If he was truly parliamentarian he would have brought the house (and the country) with him. Instead he's polarized things even more. He's supposed to be the prime minister for the entire country, not just Tory supporters. It seems many forget that.

If our parliamentarians were actual reasonable people I old agree. May ignored the opposition for ages then belatedly tried to get them on board. I have far more respect for the leaders of the SNP and LD’s because their positions have remained consistent throughout. Labour just flip flop all over the place, looking where the wind is blowing. Unlike May, Boris is more of a street fighter in political terms, he understands that Corbyn would never agree any kind of deal no matter how good, just as he would never have agreed to the GE until stitched up by the SNP and LD’s and dragged kicking and screaming to a vote. Being a true Parliamentarian with this Parliament is naive, it needed a ruthless approach and that is what Boris has done.....

No Pete.

He promised we would be out, no ifs no buts. He and Cummings were setting the trap for Remainers, his leadership would unite the factions in the Tory party and he would lead us triumphantly out of the EU on 31st October.

As it is, he just stamped his feet and did what the adults told him to do.

Plenty of people do. The facade of the fool is finally starting to slip and only his stubborn blinkered acolytes are still pretending he is anything but a nasty man and a terrible politician

Genuinely reads like satire. Boggling if you believe this.

lol he's much more like the little runt that kicks you while you're down then runs behind a teacher and blames everyone else for being bad.

He could've had Brexit by the time the GE is called did he not have the emotional intelligence of a 14 year old.
