The court did not say he lied to the Queen though....that’s merely an interpretation.....

It determined he gave unlawful advice to the queen - e.g. that the reason for prorogation was not true.

To any reasonable person looking at that judgement, he lied to the Queen for his own selfish political ends.

Unlawful is not the same as telling lies, it just means in their judgement the advice he gave was unlawful and therefore prorogation is undone. Standing up in Parliament with dodgy dossiers and claims of WMD is telling lies.....

They can't say that, they would never give that ruling. They said that there was no justification for the request though.

My point was more around what political capital should and will be made from it.

Oh they will make political capital no doubt, but it will take a silly person to stand up and state that the PM deliberately lied to the Queen.......

Boris won't be arsed, he won't resign and will carry on trying to get us out on the 31st, he's got the EU desperate to make a deal, the way he's played it has been exactly how we should have from day one.

The remainers in parliament are trying to go against the will of the people, wipe out the result of the referendum, that is the truly unlawful and immoral thing happening here.
If anyone actually thought that logic and factual evidence could show brexiteers what this man is truly about, the above is far more common than any of us should be comfortable with

Then all government lawyers should resign or be sacked. It is their job after all to determine the legality of everything that the government does.....but anyway everyone agrees it’s the correct result......
