Because we are locked in the EU indefinitely the way it is worded, also its not a deal it's a treaty ...... even if they got nasty we would not ever have the right to ever use article 50 ever again if the HOC accepted it - hence rejected 3 times......its that bad......on the courts etc etc......

That would only work out if like a gameshow the people we were negotiating against are behind a screen and didn't have the full details of our hand. You can't bluff when they have seen our cards!

It is just a game of chicken and we are driving an old (but British ) mini and they are in a freight train. 1. Trains don't swerve Joey (& if they did so it would kill the premise of the EU) and 2. Even if we are stupid enough to carry out the threat and not swerve we'll end up like a squashed bug on a windshield.
