The French no self interest there then on the great farming deal they get from the EU - I seen the interview live - the only common sense thing he stated was the terms of the deal were the wrong way round trade deal first withdraw deal afterwards .......Yes. The WTO isn't a British government department. You know that, right?

Which was pure common sense........
Now we have a mess rumours are there may be a breakthrough with Labour and the con men party to get both parties out of trouble hence today's NEC whitewash .......
Only rumours nothing substantial........
To avoid the humiliation of the MEP elections........
Pushing Nigel Farage back into the mix.......
Read my post again the first thing he stated was both sides got the sequence of negotiations incorrect that is what he maintained- I mentioned also the French do exceptionally well out of the CAP policy in the EU fact ..... so he would have a slanted bias towards the EU ......So the former head of the WTA, who you believe we would thrive working under, says you're wrong, yet you still persist based seemingly on no other reasoning than that he is French?

You'll note that there hasn't been a single British head of the WTO since its formation. Presumably you don't have racist remarks to make about any of the others? After all, the current (Brazilian) director general also thinks you're talking bubbles - https://www.independent.co.uk/news/...s-not-realistic-roberto-azevedo-a8505946.html
Feel free to post some current or former WTO negotiators that think it's preferencial to trade under WTO rules or that it's even a good idea to 'fall back' on WTO arrangements.Read my post again the first thing he stated was both sides got the sequence of negotiations incorrect that is what he maintained- I mentioned also the French do exceptionally well out of the CAP policy in the EU fact ..... so he would have a slanted bias towards the EU ......
He is only one former person from the WTO - the EU sit on it on our behalf doing deal for us .....we need to be doing our own trade deals .......
That's why the Out vote won imo..
Other countries deal directly under WTO rules that are negotiated in preference to their countries needs - the EU is not the b all and end all of trade.....Feel free to post some current or former WTO negotiators that think it's preferencial to trade under WTO rules or that it's even a good idea to 'fall back' on WTO arrangements.

We are restictricted if they negotiate for us........
We are the fasted growing economy in the G6...,,,,,

So we've managed to become the fastest growing G6 economy whilst being within the EU? Remaining seems a very sensible option then. Why risk it?
