There is no possible way to make 52% of the country satisfied (even if you’re assuming 52% still want to leave). It’s a complete impossibility.

There IS however a way to satisfy 48%

Funnily enough, the House of Lord's Reform Bill was largely abandoned as a result of a fissure in government as well. Another abandoned manifesto pledge from both the Liberals and Conservative party if you're interested @Joey66.
