Yes the 27 countries signed it within 1/2 an hour the alarm bells were ringing then imo......
there was 2 years of negotiating a withdrawal agreement. It wasn't a trade deal, just a mechanism on how the UK would leave. Something the UK never thought about pre referendum.
The UK agreed to this deal as did all 27 members.
It would all have been fine but for the DUP.
Ulster Unionists have held a gun to parliaments head for years now and rather than scream for a government that isn't being held hostage by religious extremists, some on here would rather cut their nose off to spite their face.
It's still a treaty ......great for the EU - crap for us even as a Brexit voter rather stay in than throw 39 billion at that one sided treaty......
It would have failed again this week anyway........The Speaker has blown it on president no new referendum vote as that happened only last week , and got defeated handsomely.......
