Welcome back Wayne
Yes, but what are the implications of TM completely ignoring it?
She's duty bound to respect a parliamentary vote.
No she isn’t, the clue is in the words non-binding.......

She needs a get out clause. The EU now face a no deal Brexit irrespective of tonight’s non-binding vote. So it’s either give May a minor concession or have no deal.......

It's not legally binding, but, it's a parliamentary vote which she is duty bound to honour. No she isn’t, the clue is in the words non-binding.......

Not really. My view is the whole idea was to proceed with what parliament agrees. They've now let the EU know a deal will need to be struck...at some point.
If the vote left no deal on the table, we'd more than likely withdraw on the 29th.
Mogg and his cronies will be stamping their feet though. As usual cos it didn't go his way
This is weak even by your standards.FGS posting pictures of yourself now tut tut......
Wow! A minor concession! What could this be? (Can't wait for the response from Parody Pete)She needs a get out clause. The EU now face a no deal Brexit irrespective of tonight’s non-binding vote. So it’s either give May a minor concession or have no deal.......

It's over. In fact the negotiating was over months ago. All the clarity and reassurances have been given. Even May has accepted this. It's solely up to the UK now to decide what happens next. It's time to stop fighting with the EU and work out the future. It’s a non-binding vote. It’s MP’s playing politics and showing off to the populace. It will make not one iota of difference. May will pressure the EU to give her the legal force she requires and therefore gets an acceptable deal, we will extend the date for whatever reason if the EU allow us, or we will fall back on a no deal exit. Article 50 will not be overturned because anyone who votes for it will never again have the trust of the voting public. So, we still have an amended deal or no deal......
Have you actually looked at the Labour Party, it’s leaders and what it proposes (or not). If you did you would understand why no sensible person would vote for them......
The EU cannot change the deal unless May moves as well. No deal and May’s deal have both been ruled out by parliament. Something will have to give. A general election or a second vote have become more likely after tonight. It’s a non-binding vote. It’s MP’s playing politics and showing off to the populace. It will make not one iota of difference. I think you may be surprised......I think Mogg knows exactly which way it is going, I’m not sure Corbyn does though....
I'm not sure how to explain this but we can also unilaterally revoke Article 50.I’m not sure how to explain this to you. But I’ll try. We can only leave the EU either with a deal or without a deal, and indeed the EU have confirmed this tonight. We cannot just say what we don’t want. The clock is ticking, so we can either extend article 50, and the EU would have to agree (for what reason is anyone’s guess), or we leave with no deal. That is the law, tonight’s amendments and votes do not change that.....
