Yes. But, Wilson v Prime Minister [2019] Wilson v Prime Minister [2019] EWCA Civ 304 effectively said that it was advisory, up until the point that it was in the manifesto of both parties in the GE. At that point, it became a binding referendum.
 
Yes but the ratification by voted by over 500 MPs was legally passed by was the legal way to leave the EU it is now still in law fact!
weve voted out THE ONLY deal available last night, as per what junker has said, its the only deal that we have and ever will have ..

so the only option available is NO DEAL.

Yes. And as I've already said, the UK has the legal right to unilaterally revoke it. Whether the government will cede to revocation or not is yet to be seen.

Nothing about what I've said there is fantasy, it's a fact.
Give me the odds of that happening- what party would take an electoral gamble to put that forwards?
