It’s an interesting phrase to use that one young Joey. Taking the P is attributed to the vessels that used to transfer the liquid wastes of London up and around to the tannieries where it was used. Of course the Captains of such vessels often used to claim, out of deep shame, to be carrying something else in their holds. And when others found out, it would be pointed out that they were taking the proverbial.

Now you know this, please write me a 3000 word essay on how that anecdote relates to you and the lessons you’ve learned.

Please don’t write lists of plants.
I will learn nothing from anyone like someone remainers on here like you for instance , and don't talk down to me or take the P - also do not degrade my career that was successful, and I am in retirement , but in poor health

That's the simple answer from remainers on this thread Bed - no way, I go on other threads where decent blues post with rational arguments ....
the mods should have closed this thread ages ago as soon as everyone started reporting posters on a regular basis it was closed before for far less aggro imo......

Looks like the EU has agreed visa free travel emfir up to three months even in the event of a no deal Brexit and it seems it’s to be reciprocated . From a purely selfish point of view I’m delighted by that, I’m pursuing an Irish passport but I think that’s great news personally.

I wonder are Brexiteers happy with that , I certainly am and it seems only beneficial.

A deal will be done and travel will be similar ......

"I will learn nothing from anyone. "

DON'T bother with the thread if that's how you feel.

You've really engaged with the rational arguments people have wasted their time presenting you,, haven't you joey?

Do you think that the UK Government hasnt got the powers to control that mate?

And for EU workers in the UK, do you think they claim all sorts and overload services?
Any uncontrollably imiirgration yes it was high up in the referendum some wanted a points system like Australia of a visa system like the USA, and Canada etc - No objections of real employment to any migrant imo just against free movement in general worldwide - if you wanted to emigrate to certain countries you have to meet certain criteria- that is far better than free movement our infrastructure is not coping ATM.......
The pressure on services each year is going to be uncontrollable if not managed......
