Well, he clearly did call her a stupid woman but what does it really matter? She is stupid woman ffs. Isn't there far more pressing matters to talk about? Trust the media in this country to get all wrapped up and crazy about totally the wrong thing. And they wonder why they're so out of touch with normal people and why their messages never gets through to anyone but the already converted. Lack of civility and respect along with name calling in politics is a serious problem but when the whole house act like a gang of unruly children every time they're in session and nobody says anything what else can you except?

Thing is the video I saw looks like he said people to me. Even so it's all a bit ridiculous.

It looked like he said stupid woman from what i saw mate but ultimately, what does it matter? Its such a pointless discussion in all honesty. Why would it matter if he called her a stupid woman or a stupid person? Surely calling her stupid is the actual insult anyway?

I'm far more annoyed that it's even considered news worthy whatever he called her. The media have a lot to answer for. Their delibrate choice of perusing an endless quest of empty controversy over delivering cold hard, important and relvent facts and information to the public is sickening.

If she had called him a “stupid man” there wouldn’t have been a word about it.

Why aren’t these buggers away home for Christmas anyway?

I am sick to the eye tooth looking and listening to the whole darned lot of them.

Never in my lifetime has there been such a parcel of incompetent rogues leading this nation.

The idea of benign dictatorship has never held more appeal.

Agree with that,

I've never had so much hatred for all MPs on all sides, they rode out the expenses scandal but this entire parliament just reeks of absolute contempt for the general public

The only thing I'd differ from you on is, I'd make them work through Christmas, they seriously don't deserve nor have the time to take a two week festive jolly

Utter snowflakes. And hypocrites probably to boot, as when they got home they likely called the wife that for messing up their duck and potato dauphinoise dinners.

What they should be upset with is the state of the country, but I guess this gives them all a welcome distraction.

We live in a very silly country.

You`d think for the sake of the the country that they`d " volunteer " to work through Christmas, to try to speed things up.

If nothing else, it would provide both sides with brownie points in the eyes of the public.

But oh no, their Christmas hols are more important than the potential years of chaos and misery that could lie ahead for the country.

Shameful.
