I can't believe the tories around her were backing this deal of hers just to stay relevant, even at the cost and detriment of our country.

It's treason that's what it amounts too.

The greasy pole climbers will do and say anything to further their careers professional bull shitters the lot of them mate.

After all this and seeing Europe wanting the May deal that leaves the UK worse off than before, I honestly think if there were to be another vote then it would be more like 60-40 in favour of leave.

People are fed up of us being rinsed by Europe.

It's not Europe (EU) it's corporate business expressing it's will and needs. Similarly with how May has ended up with her proposal...

Seeing May's purgatory deal is worse than what we have now, would voters be silly enough to go for a no deal? That is cutting off the nose to spite the face.

People just need to bide their time, as soon as a hardline nationalist party takes over in Germany/France/Italy or Spain the free movement laws will be capped or the whole superstate project will be scrapped altogether.

Sliding into the abyss isn't a fait acompli.

I've just read that part of mays 'deal' was that no party or leader could ever change the deal or withdraw out of it ever..

Jesus christ, this isn't only not delivering brexit as the vote wanted, she is trying to tie us into an even worse scenario that we face now.

That is truly horrific.

This woman is deplorable
Considering how bad the negotiations went with the EU and the fact they had more than one person quit from the role , I think they have just failed to get anywhere with them and this is the cop out agreement. Like I said before, we will still remain in the EU but with no say or benefits from being a member.

The question is though, would anyone else have got any further in negotiations? It's not like the EU have any reason to give into our demands knowing full well we need them more than they need us. So getting our money once all is said and done doesn't change their position but it weakens ours.

The one question I have is, whats the reason for witholding the legal advice ? What would they benefit over doing that?

Genuinely asking.

Its a long standing principle that legal advice between a lawyer and the client is private. Hence the summary is written in parliamentary language, when the actual advice most certainly wasnt. If that makes sense.

Business has been quite clear that it would like free movement to remain, so I wouldn't say they've had their own way.

Just to be replaced with freedom of movement with the rest of the world, but not so much replaced just instead of EU citizens. No more EU citizens queue jumping as May puts it. I personally have ruck with anyone looking for a better life, just that services need to be invested in to manage the demand from more people, using them.

As highlighted in the video narrated by Steven Fry I shared earlier, the vast majority of migrants are working age, whereas the vast majority of state spending goes on children and pensioners, so you could make a very good argument for needing migrants to pay for the services we have rather than them being a drain on the services we have.

Said all along despite voting out and still wanting out, if it came to a vote to take Mays deal or stay in I would vote to stay in, as it's a worse situation to be in than the current one, I just don't get her going on with this it's turning into a farce.
Unless there is some long term strategy in play that I haven't thought of you would almost think she had given up all hope of getting a deal and said fk it let's just go with this because we are running out of time.

Possibly to hide the extent of clauses and conditions. One MP yesterday thought it may also include comments regarding the validity of the vote with foreign interference that the government may be trying to suppress, another that the government has been aware of the ability to withdraw from the Withdrawal process for some time.
Another possibility could be the extent to which our government's negotiations have been framed to allow for removal of worker's rights and food/environmental standards.
