As I`ve previously said, I`m now fluent in Joey speak, so if you want anything translating please refer it to me and I`ll decipher it for you.

* I refuse to translate anything with the word " Billboards " in it, as it sets him off and his carer has given me strict instructions not to let him get over excited.
Decipher no deal Brexit under a new Tory leader to me then........

Not really. If they wish to punish us that’s fine, if they wish to muck up EU -U.K. trade that’s fine, what I didn’t expect was for our own government to accept it in such a craven manner.....

There's a persistent belief among some Brexiteers that we haven't secured a good deal because our negotiators are rubbish or because the EU are doing us down. The fact is that we had very little to negotiate with; the idea that we could get a deal which would leave us with all the advantages and none of the costs was always delusional.

they shouldn't neither should we.
it wasn't easy because May/ parliament/ Robbins have no support for brexit deep down, and tried to engineer a deal that was brexit in name only hence the dogs dinner on offer at the moment.
No use sneering at people who wanted out this government which has never done what they wanted which was a clean break from the EU not a fudge of any description.
Are you honestly saying the brexit supporters wanted anything remotely like what that this gang of remain loving idiots have cobbled together.

This sums it up nicely.....

Then we should just have walked away and prepared for a WTO future......

I’m not sneering at supporters I’m sneering at Fox , Davis , gove and the rest who lied they said it would be easy time and time again and they’re despicable.

Of course they didn’t want it mate nobody wants it , the problem is I’m not sure there is a way out . Ireland probably ruins any way out and the timescales are totally impractical. I said a while ago we should have waited before declaring article 50 and begun negotiations to get us to a situation where time wasn’t our enemy . We’ve got a bomb ticking down in the room and it’s helping nobody.

I’m a remainer bur I’ve never wanted a second referendum I just wanted it resolved . I actually think there is a chance of it now only because this is an absolute dogs breakfast .
sorry mate looked a bit touchy my post in reply to you didn't mean it to.
I wouldn't trust gove ect if they said today was Thursday , Boris has jumped on the bandwagon as a vehicle to get into power , I could go on.
I and many brexit supporters have long held the view ,right from the morning after that it will never really happen, but I expect it to be watered down a bit and it should as there are two sides here it doesn't have to be total victory for one over the other, but this mate is a shambles.
The whole thing has been handled badly from day one, should have been cross party as its that big, May seems to be in awe of the civil servants rather than the other way around, hence the minister leaving the brexit job , both saying they were not getting listend to.
Ireland in a way are in a win win here in the UK/EU at the same time other than the DUP I think if I lived over there I wouldn't be against that as they voted remain.
On the second vote I am a rarity on the brexit side I don't mind one depending on the questions on it ie clean break, stay in no change, ask the eu for a better deal to stay in , if they would do that at this stage I think they would, or what ever the deal was that was on offer, nothing to fear from asking the people what they want, in my eyes even if the result went against my views so be it.
Wouldn't make the problems go away at this stage or in the future so can see why people oppose it.

May needs to be replaced immediately as time is moving on. The new PM should tell the EU these are the bits we are not happy with and will not sign up to. Let the EU have the choice of a deal or no deal.....

I tried to keep up with all this in the van, but only really got bits and bobs, and ministers resigning all over the shop.

But this deal isnt a final deal is it? Its like a work in progress, allowing us and the EU to trade still, until we work through other stuff. The sticking point being that the UK cant leave this temporary arrangement without the EU agreeing?

Am I close?

Letting Germany and France mop up the little that will be left of UK manufacturing a good idea? They'll welcome Japanese car companies with open arms,so will Spain come to think of it.

They would take no deal all day every day. Said it from day one, why would they look to give us a really good deal when they would be signing their own death warrants. We get one then the nationalists will rise in every EU country demanding the same.

I don’t think it’d make the problems go away I don’t think anything does , I think this country will carry the burden of brexit both financial and social for years if not a generation or longer . Socially we’re a divided society getting worse , I’m worried about a nationalist leader because people feel disenfranchised but I’m worried about us being a divided country like the US . It’s not good .

I hate the Brexiteer political lies because they were lies and self serving at that and it’s led us to this . Raab was part of the negotiations and now he’s positioned himself probably for a leadership run. So many of them trying to protect themselves and their future and we”ll all pay the price and I can’t stand it mate . The country is a shambles , but a lot of people predicted this and what’s probably to come .

It’s a nightmare and we’re all trapped in it .
