You’re missing the point Joey the reason we have today favourable trade deals with non EU countries is directly because of the UK being part of a single common European trading market all using the same rules and tariffs. Thus a non EU trader can export their goods to every EU member state at the same rates and it opens up for them a 27 country market for their product.

On the flip side all 27 EU member states can export their goods to that non EU country with exactly the same tariffs.

Easy eh?

Now picture it with little old UK trying to setup a similar deal with say Japan. Japan now sees a single country market for its product and also that the UK desperately needs a trade deal.

How do you think negotiations will go eh?

We will be dry-bummed and will have to say thank you for it as well.

Oh we will get our trade deals alright but at what price to the UK?

so that blows you out of the water thinking the EU is the Be all and end all.......

Please read my post first before responding. I said we will get our trade deals but they will not be as good as the one we have now.

Sure Japan will want to do business with us but it will be on their terms.

Cheap shots Joey...cheap shots!

Here’s a tip Joey. Stop reading the express, it’s poor quality sensationalist journalism at its very worst.

Poland is one of Europe’s biggest receivers of EU donations, if actually underpins its economy.

At the last poll some 70% of poles were pro EU.

They have issues with the EU at the moment due to their PM Duda not being able to sort out their own internal legal system. The EU has warned them that they will have voting rights removed unless they sort it out.

So this is all their PM Duda bigging it up, whilst the people of Poland have no stomach for an EU referendum.

Nothing to see here...move along please

Again you put a spin on a failing organisation Makron is hated for being a europhile by the French - Brexit will not go through under May imo
Either a GE where Corbyn will leave the EU anyway, or a new Tory Brexit leader will end this myth you are promoting if it was that good 17 .4 million in the biggest turn out ever would have been a no contest for the leave vote yet according to you and others on here it's the best thing since sliced bread - it is struggling and will fall one day as Europe sadly moves to the right.......
Get out now , and we are on a winner under the right terms, there are far bigger cheaper markets out there other countries do more than survive......

I don't get the issue with Corbyn's stance, honour the crazy vote, yet ensure protections standards remain=far better bargaining position to deal with EU.
