I think it seems they’re massively involving themselves into things they think causes disruption.

Not “it seems,” it’s a definite fact. Anything from politics to guns to vaccinations, they’re out there trolling on social media. If there’s a patently stupid and illogical idea out there, they’re on it. It wouldn’t surprise me if the Russians are boosting climate change denial, seeing as they supposedly have all that oil under the Siberian tundra.

Our understanding of why a football forum was targeted was as much to do with them gathering more "local" English phrases and grammar to improve their credibility elsewhere as furthering a political agenda.

Ours were mate. We are reassured they are harmless, in GOT world anyrate, but it doesnt take a huge leap of the imagination to see the same approach cropping up in wider social media with more sinister motives. Like a US election or a UK referendum for random examples.

As I understand Unofficial and not confirmed but I certainly hope it’s true , of all those under investigation and facing charges I think Farage dropping in it would probably make me happier than any of them .

I cannot stand the bloke so I’m going to hope there is something in it .

Until we had an issue on here that turned out was most likely a low level Russian bot. It was quite an education for us all. Since then, this sort of activity has been shown in a very different light having seen the evidence of their activities.

when we leave the EU we should do a trade deal with the Russians, should start rebuilding a relationship with them rather than all this sabre rattling , would make the world a safer place.
