I'll bet these last few swaggering posts about voluntarily severing half our cheese imports while expecting prices to magically stay the same are exactly what the first two years of Davis/Bojo/Fox cabinet meetings sounded like.

in other words, we're f--cked then aren't we?

we've had a lot of laughs and a lot of bantz in the Brexit thread over the years, but if anything happens to the price of my époisses, I will personally hunt down each and every last one of you pontificating dotards, and choke you all with a rolled up wad of chlorinated Kraft Singles

:)

Never, as in Never?

Call yourself an Englishman? Pfffftttt.

Nah, never. And I'm English to the core - born and bred in Kirkdale! ;) In my younger days it was corn flakes. Yet all the Germans I've met much preferred the full English breakfast they got while on holiday over here to the 'continental' breakfast they always got in their home country.

Don’t worry about Just in time deliveries people should think more positively or order stuff a day earlier lol

Oh.......

Got a meeting with another government agency over this tomorrow, amazing that 8 months from brexit we are only sitting down now to map out the new process for importing food items.

This report was released to draw attention, Dover have brought this up at about 7 meetings over the last 12 months and it’s been totally ignored

Brexiters understand Brexit to be like Peter Pan, where you can fly so long as you truly believe that you can fly.

But even children as dull as John and Wendy had enough sense not to go throwing themselves off a cliff before at least giving it a test run...
