Controlled immigration nothing wrong with it -
than Uncontrolled open door immigration.....
We have a massive skill shortage that needs addressing vocational qualifications, and less University degrees ........

It is disgraceful that we do not train enough medical people and just poach them from other countries who have gone to the expense and bother of training their own........
If people have come to work here and contribute from outside the EU , and come on Bruce you know its harder to get in to the UK than EU people then if the skills are need then YES!
Same applies over here our top professionals train and clear off - My son if he passes exams his firm pays for if he leaves they are deducted from his 3 months pay in lieu....... every two years that law applies in his firm!

No , but is quite common its not rare finances get messed up most parties do it the last one was a young conservative organisation was involved with terrible consequences!

Bruce if we can sort out vocational training for industries we don't need that number in the future hence we voted to go independent.......

What makes you draw the conclusion that being in the EU stopped Governments doing just that? And what makes you think leaving the EU will ensure future ones will?
I actually agree with you re vocational training, just lay the blame at the UK, not the EU.
I'm going to go out on a limb here and say you have absolutely no idea what the folk that moved to the UK in the past year came here for, so I don't see how you can possibly say vocational training is a silver bullet?
And what @roydo says above, this has nothing to do with the EU.
Its past governments who have drove down this route hence a skill shortage did a Nurse ever need a degree no she trained on the ward and did day release.........
some degrees are needed I admit that but others do not lead to a skilled job.......
