It was from the Telegraph (stop laughing at FLHD at the back)......

What has been the P&L of Brexit to date Pete? Genuinely curious. We've obviously had the new department setup so that's a clear cost, but where does the profit come from?

Bruce we give them 18 billion they rebate us money for agriculture grants etc it's our money - I have seen the waste projects that are hideous, wastefull and never get used - if one of our governments did that they could be voted out..... not the bureaucratic EU...... they are a cash cow which the rich thrive off.......
farmers at first did very well out of the common market with the food mountains ie getting paid for food that was not needed - Butter mountains wheat mountains - wine mountains etc etc where you around then - now the tables have reversed on the UK as the agricultural grants have diminished , but not in Northern France where a farmer with a few sheep and one pig qualifies for a massive grant......
I remember the UK sheep being burnt on the french borders, as they did not want our better lamb ....
It's a farce Bruce to think the UK could not make its own way in the world!
the rich remainers were seen in London with Greave getting him to thwart Brexit he was on QT last night utter posh Lawyer talk drivel - he want to stay in and will fetch negotiations down with 8 other Tories......
it's been handled very badly by May her GE was a disaster and for Corbyn who should have won if he had been a decent socialist......

I'm not sure what you're trying to say here Joe. Agriculture isn't really big business and I doubt many farmers will be members of the CBI. Is your trading with the world argument purely framed in terms of agriculture?

Agriculture is big in the UK Bruce or it used to be- Our CBI definitely get a grant to function off the EU Bruce...

No. My position has actually hardened post-23 June 2016 after hearing what the likes of Barnier(sp), Juncker & Verhofstadt(sp) have spouted. Utter arrogant bullshit merchants, they are. Best away from that pack of idiots and the political monolith they stand for.

fair enough, theres a few on the otherside as well...
