Don't tell Joe that even being a WTO member involves abiding by a bunch of rules over how we trade and behave, with international courts adjudicating on those rules. We're supposed to be taking back control.

If anything, from what I’ve read, there appears to me more people switched To the remain vote than to the leave. Seems as though it would be pretty tight again though and any reliable data seems hard to come by.
