Really that's why court cases take place then for loss of hearing?
Do a Bruce and google it!
I googled it nothing serious, especially the new generations (btw I was wrong; they are in fact 1 km from my house).
"The balance of scientific evidence and human experience to date clearly concludes that wind turbines are not harmful to human health. In fact, wind energy provides electricity without emitting greenhouse gases or air pollutants, and uses no freshwater to generate electricity – creating a healthier environment for people and wildlife." (https://ses.library.usyd.edu.au/bitstream/2123/10559/7/WindHealthReviews_3.pdf)
"A review of 60 research studies conducted worldwide on wind turbines and human health was published in the Frontiers in Public Health – June 2014 and the authors concluded that the weight of evidence suggests that when sited properly, wind turbines are not related to adverse health effects in humans though they may be source of annoyance for some people." Etc...
So in conclusion it's okay; it's far worse to live in proximity of a busy road or something. Oh unless you're a bat, they kill heaps of bats. This form of wind-milling is more dangerous:
My claim was in Horticulture the Dutch Horticultural industry was subsidised Thanks for letting the posters who have argued all day it was not!
Their Horticulture industry is their main business so obviously they get taken care of more than the UK!
Again it's funded by the EU it is crapping itself over Brexit just read the Dutch flower market may take a hit great stuff!
Eh yes they give extra subsidies (on top of the EU ones who are available to everyone in the EU) but in an allowed form. As long as you stay within the competition rules you can do whatever you want to. Nothing's stopping the U.K from doing the same you know; for all I know they might already be doing it (I don't know). And horticulture is not the main industry in the Netherlands; it's quite small honestly.
The E.U isn't funding anything special as a result of Brexit. Whatever Brexit might be.
