Quite true, we can import currently banned produce once she's burnt eu precautionary legislation and destroyed our farms.

So, having put forward a fairly rational, well balanced, win/win scenario, how do we think the EU will respond. Obviously we will get some who claim that the EU have 'won', and others who will use this as a basis to just demand more, but what do our remainers think will happen........

Do you know what...I reckon whatever happens there will be very little change to the average persons life

She suggested 2 years and said that if agreed by the EU we would put a time limit on it. Anyway I would imagine you are very happy with her proposals......

It's the only option that wouldn't result in economic and practical carnage mate imo. The 2 year timescale was never going to be achievable so a transition period was always the way I thought it should go. She should have tried to agree it before triggering A50 imo.
