A great many of the great inventions and breakthroughs in human history have been made by people in their 20s Pete. For instance, the average age of those working on the atom bomb at Las Alamos was 25. Indeed, when Warren Bennis analysed great teams throughout history for one of his recent books (Organizing Genius if you wanted to read it), he found that the majority of them were in their 20s.
The reason such teams and individuals tend to be so successful is that they aren't beholden to a 'way things work round here' mindset. As we age, we often strike on a way of being and then just repeat that way indefinitely for the rest of our days. It's hard to quantify someones experience if that experience consists of doing the same thing day in, day out.
Bruce when you have supervised sometimes up to 40 staff, and in life mastered the necessary qualifications , and then travelled the country to get on in life - mainly learning how to do anything practically passing on knowledge I learnt, from my experienced bosses that is the best university of life you could ever be so fortunate to learn, and gain experience from also seeing how the EU from 1970's onwards provided more red tape than necessary in my job got very heavy before retirement - I feel like anyone like
@Number_25 in debate just calls me an IDIOT twice

bu all means have some banter , but this person is new to the thread , and with others telling him he is out of order I have left it at that warning him if he calls me an iDIOT again he will definitely get reported!
we were all impetuous perhaps at his age , and I have made an allowance for that!
