There is nothing wrong with it at all, but you continue to miss my point - because it is one of her main fundamental political beliefs, she has a clear agenda behind her criticisms of the EU and defence of the ongoing Brexit calamity, and therefore you can only take her words with a pinch of salt because of the ulterior motive.
The rhetoric and the politics are inextricably linked, you must accept that?
1. Fine, glad you acknowledge a person's right to want sovereignty for their country.
2. I don't miss your point. She wants France out of the EU. Simple.
3. She sees in the EU what 52% of the vote saw here in the UK.
4. There is no Brexit calamity. That is only in the minds of those who wanted the UK to remain in the EU, and they trot that out at every opportunity as some kind of panacea for their own sadness and anger that the vote did not go their way.
5. Everyone here, there and everywhere (pardon the Beatles pun!) has ulterior motives on most issues...
6. Rhetoric and politics have ALWAYS been inextricably linked. Take this for example: 'Never has so much been owed, by so many, to so few.' Wonderful stirring words from Churchill. 'The Few' is total rhetoric! Never was 'few' in Fighter Command in 1940. Diminution in quality, yes; few in numbers, no way! Just one example.
