I'm a bit weird when it comes to weather. Love the snow and cold so I've been keeping up with this. Double figures across most of Europe this winter. You're looking at 10c above average in many places in Eastern Europe. Freezing point in the Alps well above 3000m. Whilst temperatures are still 'cool' it's a heat wave in comparative terms and probably a sign of things to come this summer.
It also has an impact on annual fresh water resources, its part of a concerning pattern
