Enough is enough...

We have a striker, but he's being played out on the wing

Seriously, get a manager in who will play players in their natural positions and we'll get enough points to be safe. We won't win owt like, but that's not the battle this season now sadly. The battle is about surviving

I honestly wish it was just as easy as sacking the manager, but sadly Mikey the rot has set in at the very top, eyes have been taken off balls.

We will now spend the next few years bobbing around 10th/11th.

The club is rotten at its very core.

Playing it safe again like with Moyes and Martinez.
No ambition what so ever.
Thought NSNO ment something.

With the greatest of respect mate, you're missing the point

Right now Koeman has shot this season to smithereens, so we need to find a way to avoid getting dragged into the relegation dogfight. Our players do not have the right mentality to survive that. Once we get sucked in, we're not getting out at this current juncture

This has now officially become a survival season

Fair weather fans might not remember what those are, but you need to have the right mindset to get through them. With Koeman we do not and will not have that mindset, so he has to go and a firefighter needs to come in and rescue things

We can worry about the other stuff once the holes in the ship have been plugged

The hole that needs to be fixed is only the size of our manager. Get rid of him and get manager who actually knows how to use our great squad. With Koeman we really might get dragged into R-battle

We go down and we're not coming back

If anything we'll do a Leeds and drop even further

We'd be sharing chewing tobacco with Tranmere and Stockport in the League of Never Was' within a decade

It would literally destroy the club if we went down, it must be prevented at all costs

It's so sad that we are even having this conversation.

Is that like a dirty movie??????:blush::blush::blush:

We are an embarrassment in this City, the RS win 7-0 away to go top of their Champions league group whilst we sit bottom of our Europa group and haven't won an away game since January. Give me another City where there is a relatively even financial playing field between its two clubs yet a massive gulf on the field ?

In all honesty, nobody gives a rats arse

I honestly couldnt give a flick at this point in time Mikey, Everton have beaten me, they have taken away my passion for them.

We have to many issues for me to even have any hope for the future at this point, the lack of Striker signing in the Summer has ruined me.

Its put us back 5-6 years, basically its gonna take a LONG, LONG time to even get back to the "best of the rest", as a club we are broken and I doubt whether we can be fixed.

I can understand that thinking. Its likely we have gone down the wrong path and need to come back and start again....and that can take a few seasons. At least you had hope for Koeman, I've been feeling like this since we decided to get him in....that we were wasting a big chance.

I don't agree with @Mikey_Fitzgerald that we are in serious danger and really hope the thinking of the club and fans when it comes to picking the next boss is not driven in anyway by a short-term goal of surviving something that ain't gonna happen. That will mean an even bigger setback to any chance of us getting back up the ladder.

I'm clinging on to the hope that a decent new boss comes in and manages to get the results quickly to get fans on his side and therefore win more time and patience whilst they do their job. It really doesn't take much to change the mood of the club and fanbase.

I will however be 100% behind you if we make a mess again with the choice of next manager.....we won't be coming back for quite some time from that.

Koeman needs to be read the riot act and if Kenwright or Moshiri have the balls that's exactly what they'll do. The seasons performance so far is completely unacceptable, from the owners to the manager and the players.

There is a growing suspicion that Moshiri is in it for the money, Koeman is merely a mercenary and we've all known for a long time our motto under Bills stewardship has been lowered. A win against Lyon must be demanded, that's what big clubs do. Demand results. And if you fail to deliver. You're removed.

That is the ultimatum that should be delivered to our current manager. And if the board fail to make it clear the supporters in force soon will, to both Koeman and the directors. It doesn't take a genius to figure out who will go first.

The next couple of games will tell us if he is going to turn this around. If we get taken apart by Lyon and Arsenal (which on current form looks likely) then he should have his ass fired.
He simply needs a reaction from these players in the next week, if not then it is looking very bleak for him.

Surely the reaction should have come against Brighton? After having two weeks to perhaps come up with some alternative tactics and formation? I can understand not wanting to be hasty, but what is the point in giving him Lyon and Arsenal? What's going to change?

There's six games till the international break. After that it's all guns blazing through till Christmas and new year. Half the season will be gone and at this current trajectory we'll still be near the bottom of the table by then and out of Europe. Each game that passes is another game closer to killing off our season.

Although it'd already be done by now if I had my way, I'd get rid of him if we don't have a positive result against Lyon. Forget top 4. All I'm hoping for now is damage limitation in the league and hopefully a decent FA Cup and Europa league run. Give any new man three Europa league games to at least have a go and a chance at qualifying for the next round.
