He's not good enough to start a premiership game so for that reason anything over 5mill for a sub is a big no, we need a bigger squad for the added EL like but if we want to compete on both sides we need quality as well as quantity
12 Million is too much
I know there's inflation and TV money and all the other fatuous excuses, but no. No. We simply can't spend 12 Million smackeroos on Enner chuffing Valencia
Seems like a nice lad, has done okay on occasion when coming off the bench, but I refuse to accept that Enner Valencia is worth almost the same money as Alan Shearer

West Ham clearly have no plans for him, he's a bit player here at best, if it goes down to between 4-6 million then I might be interested, but 12 is freaking ridiculous and I'd actually resent him for it, which he doesn't deserve, but good Lord above, are the club crazy?!?!

If all the strikers are leaving then we probably need a few.
Valencia is hardly going to be our marquee signing but he will improve the squad heading into Europe, and tries his best despite waiting for an opportunity from the bench... which a lot of the better strikers won't fancy.
Lukaku, ??? And valencia as 3 striker options would be welcomed by me personally

4 or so is the same as what i think,hes good at comming on as sub and changing the games etc when we need it,but does not score enough,i know hes not exactly playing as well though,but then again the amount of chances we create,who knows

I still think we have too many needs to address. He is someone you can round out your squad with as he is a very useful impact sub. I don't think we can afford that luxury atm.

A championship club may spend a couple of millions to sign player. Sadly the price has inflated. If Niasse is sold for 10 then Valencia will cost 10.

True that, I think some are a bit deluded if they think we can get him for less then 10, he hasnt exactly stunk, if we want him there will be a reason and Koeman will believe he can help Everton next season, West Ham know this.
Even if we dont sell Ross or Rom I can see clubs pushing the price expecting us to have a lot more to spend then most of the other Premier League teams next season
