Decent start by the Aussie batsmen which was the minimum requirement. It's amazing how things can suddenly change in terms of batsmen playing and missing, catches going between the slips etc, even though the England bowling has been as good as yesterday.

I made that point about Rogers during the last Test as well. So many plays and misses, and inside edges down to fine leg.
I would still rather be a lucky player than an unlucky one.

rodgers is alright like, he's got a sound technique and so on.

mind you i always hated sehwag and hayden etc. obviously better than warner both of them and their records speak for themselves. but they just throw their arms at everything wide and with everyone in closeish just rely on it going in the gaps.

what's warner done here? been dropped twice, 4 plays and misses in one over and countless edges, he hasn't even got 50 yet.
