What are we good at though and should we really concentrate on it? It never got us anywhere .

Not top class though imo

He will do a good job for a number of years and IMO England wont have to worry about their keeper whilst he's around, it's when he is injured or packs it in they will have to worry.

Very predictable outcome sadly. No one outside the uk consider English football as a top anymore. Slightly better than likes of Serbia, Bosnia, Poland, Sweden but nowhere near the top. Except the pricetags of English players

....Brian Clough won a couple of European Cups with players not all of whoIwere regarded as top quality. A lot is about strategy, attitude and organisation as well as quality. Unfortunately we lack in all aspects.

Oh absolutely.

It's like I said before, Italy is a massive example of this. There's been decades of examples of them not having world beaters but either win a World Cup or consistantly get far in tournaments.

It's engrained in them.

Nations such as Croatia, Serbia, Slovakia, Belgium, for eg have this to a degree. Then they start churning out really top talent.

to true, watched all the games we never had a midfield that could compete in any of them other than the first half in the first game, to slow going forward, no chance of tactics even when we need them badly, and gave the likes of Carrol and Ings to many minutes, joke of a manager.

Nauer is top of them all.

But you can't say he's not on par with De Gea or Courtois.

If fact, you'd fine more evidence of Hart pulling off saves against world class opposition players than both keepers.
