Well as I say mate, the list had to be submitted on the 3rd Saturday in May, in line with Premiership rules, last year the list was made public today.

Also, just cos people are on the released list, it doesnt mean they are 100% gone, they can sign a contract at anytime, it just means that on the 3rd Saturday in May, we deemed them released at the end of their contract.
