If you write off the RS and City games as lost then we still only need 4 points from the rest. 38 is enough. We might finish around 15th/16th though. I am not worried about next season in the sense that no way will Sam be here. But who might come is a worry. If Silva is in the running then we could be in trouble again. If he is not good enough for Watford, then...... We must aim better than the likes of him. Once the 4 points are got sooner rather than later then maybe Sam should go then rather than wait until the last game. Give someone else a few games to assess our squad.

In it's own perverse horrific way, getting relegated has an element of excitement and drama.

We don't do exciting or dramatic.

Luckily the lesser teams are still fearful of coming to Goodison so we will be fine.

Next season is a worry though if we don’t get things right in the summer.

Amazed that their are worse teams than us in the league.

Great league, is the Barclays.

Other than West Brom, I don’t actually think there is. I think we’ve had some soft penalties, and a couple of Wonder strikes from Gylfi and Wayne.
Apart from those, we are absolutely as bad (and worse) than any other team.
Every other stat would back that up.

That's just a truism. Excluding the good things we've done we are bad.
