Elon predicting staggering growth for Tesla in 2026 and beyond. Exciting times for us small shareholders. The next quarter may be a bit underwhelming what with the extra costs of the newly refreshed model Y etc. Those on here who are interested may wish to consider buying the next dip. This year may be your final chance.

You were posting about unelected power in the EU thread and how do we replace officials from Netherlands if you are from a small UK town.

How do you replace Musk if you are an America given the supreme power he seems to hold as a completely unelected individual?

Musk's power runs directly through Trump, an elected President. Musk ultimately is powerless in the US government without Trump's approval.

I should note that Trump is not only an elected President but one who explicitly ran on radical reform. It was also known during the campaign that Musk would have a role in the administration. You may agree with Trump or you may not. However, he shouted from the rooftops that he was going to be introduced radical reform this term if elected. That's what the voters voted on.

In the form of semen?

A golden age for investigative reporter's is now upon us. The number of scandals about to hit the media will soon reach tsunami levels. The left should welcome this as much as the right.

Methinks not all scandals will be treated equally
True, but it's then up to investigative reporter's to get their teeth into this. Enough Republicans and various other parties on the right will also have their snouts in the trough. Corruption is never limited to one party or one ideology.

Edit; NYT, WaPo and a dozen other media organisations should be all over this. They have the relevant staff.

Who elected him to have such power?
