Haven't lots of Tesla executives and senior managers been asked to chip in at Twitter as well?If he made the filings, he's kosher, but there's an argument to be made that he treated Tesla as a legal pump-and-dump. There's a reason no mature business would put up with sharing its CEO with another large company, much less two. There's just too much to do.
Hard to see the situation getting better. He bit off more than he can chew, he can't see it and he's created a culture around him where no one can tell him.
