No idea, it os nonsensical. I presume it is just another one of his tests to see if he can look you in the eye and make random disparaging remarks about the code to determine if you are “hardcore” enough and how many hoops you’ll jump through at his bidding.
Wouldn’t be surprised if eating a live bat was the next test.
It’s still in Beta. You have to register and there is a fairly big waiting list. Apparently at this stage they are prioritising people with a big following on Twitter (when you register you have to put in your Twitter handle)

Guess Musk has given up on the advertisers coming back soon and so is going full steam for the the twitter fights and hope to get revenue by people paying the $8 to get promoted into the thread whilst the non payers get filtered down the list.
And even people who Musk often likes to listen to (creator of Dogecoin which he regularly pumps) are pointing out the problems but doubt he will listen.
