Find it a bit of a concern that he’s going to a lower table League One club in all honesty. It’s indicative of the huge jump he needs to make if he is to become a regular here, especially as he’s now 20.

blackpool kicking around mid-table and they are the 2nd lowest scorers in the division. 8 points off the play-offs, if he can start scoring goals for them they could possibly sneak in.
I mean, for me League One is far better standard than U23 League.

I don't think he's a good enough quality (at this moment in time) for the Premier League. But that doesn't mean i'm writing him off.

Get your head down, and hopefully change our minds.

Huh.. didn’t see that coming.. but I think this is good for him. I don’t see him breaking in unfortunately anymore but a very good loan deal could change that or get him some suitors
I think it's a great move.

Big step up from U23s.
He should get a lot of game time.
If he does well it'll do wonders for his confidence/game.
He'll improve his game and the club will learn more about him.

No good doing a Lewis Gibson type of loan and him sitting on the bench at a club in the championship.

It wasn't that long ago we paid a good few bob for Lookman from League One.

If he scores goals and does well there, his argument for game time here will have significantly more merit.
