Man City want us to rehabilitate him, doesn't mean we are paying his wages.
What it does mean though is that he's that gash that Pep doesn't want his gashness anywhere near is gifted set of players incase his donkey like skills rub off on them
Actually thought he showed better than most of our defenders in his brief 45 minutes or so. He's also on an insane wage by most accounts.
I think it says everything about how much Man City want him since they aren't even willing to pull him back to have their own physios take care of him.
Feel for him. He's come here to play football and prove he's better than people say he is.
He picked up a season ending injury in his first game. Even if he would have been terrible, he would have been no worse than Williams and probably ten times as committed.
Need to get down to specsavers there muchachoActually thought he showed better than most of our defenders in his brief 45 minutes or so. He's also on an insane wage by most accounts.

He played like that for City, we have no scouting, no DOF doing anything, nothing, which is why got him, football is global but all we could find was a known dud 30 miles awayIn his brief game and a half, he proved he was indeed worse than Williams and co.
He was dreadful.
The fact he was 5/6th choice at City said all we needed to know about how far we should have stayed away. But not Everton.
What’s worse is he was no doubt first choice for us which shows how horrendous our back line is.
Plenty of their squad players, 5th or 6th choice or whatever, would be an enhancement on some of what we have.
I hate this modern day saying of "He's got a mistake in him". Literally every player has a mistake in them. Not 1 is infallible. Even Messi has missed pens. And if we are gonna wait till we find this mythical centre half who cannot and a will not make a mistake, we are going to be stuck with Jagielka and Williams for a long long time.

Have we an option to sign him permanently? No doubt we will if so. In fact we should sign him quickly before anyone else steps in. Quick whilst everyone else dozes
City paid 42m , what does it say about their scouts ?He played like that for City, we have no scouting, no DOF doing anything, nothing, which is why got him, football is global but all we could find was a known dud 30 miles away
