Wasted a squad place and a wage on this feller - a calamity at City but "he must be good because City paid 30 odd million for him".

That cash and place should have been given over to a LB loan signing.

The recruitment at this club is worse than I can ever remember it. They're like Stevie Wonder scrambling around a black box trying to find a black cat.

I like Holgate and feel that if mentored correctly could become a really good defender, yet unfortunately his 'experiences' partners all seem lost.
