Close the thread we have an incompetent DoF we were never going to get him. We still don’t have a CF and Kevin had since January to find one. We’re pretty much 2 weeks away from Fulham. KT needs to be tossed out the club immediately
He's doing Moshiri's work. For every player he fails to sign that's another block of twenty seats that BMD has in place. Moshiri is just looking to sell the stadium on completion if we are still in the Prem that's just a bonus for him. If not he'll pocket the parachute payments.

Next.

Another one we've never heard of likely to be rolled out.

Ref Iheanacho - I watched him during the run-in before his late injury setting up a goal for Vardy, and to be honest, I'd be very sceptical about his abilities to score the goals we need. If he'd have converted 25% of the chances he had then Leicester would have survived - so I guess we owe him something! Having a very brief look at his stats he's scored 86 goals in 270 games including cup games and African Nations etc....admittedly I've not looked at minutes played and that may throw a slant on it, but a goal ration of 1 in just over 3 doesn't set me dreaming of glory. The issue is he's played in teams who create many more chances than us and still only has a big chances converted rate of around 13%. We're unlikely to create multiple chances per game so that scoring rate would likely come down significantly.
I'm not a stats fan to be honest, but having seen the chances he missed puts me off despite the relative low valuation he's available for and the fact that he knows the Prem.
How we have fallen!!
He averaged about 0.8 goals and assists per 90min over the last 4 seasons, more goals than assists
Admittedly Leicester were more attacking but he was criminally underplayed imo

He'd improve us without question

Onto the next target I suppose. Feel like Iheanacho alone wouldn't be enough to be our sole striker when Dom isn't fit.

Also just seen that apparently PSG have now entered the race for Hojlund.. which is probably gonna delay that particular transfer even more :coffee:

Good United for the second time in a row have wrecked the chance getting our main target, last year it was Kudus and United massively overpaid for that crap Dutch winger. Have some of that United hope PSG get him.

His injury record over the last two seasons hasn’t been widely reported and it’s kind of a red flag. Missed a month season before last with a hamstring and then 3 months last season with a thigh. We know first hand that isn’t a good sign.
